ד"ר מעוז סגל רמית סיימה את לימודי הרפואה בטכניון בשנת 2002, כשהיא מקבלת ציון מצטיין על עבודת הגמר שלה בתחום רפואת ילדים.
לאחר מכן, היא השלימה התמחות בבית החולים איכילוב בין השנים 2002-2003, והמשיכה להתמחות נוספת ברפואה פנימית באותו בית חולים בין השנים 2004-2008.
בשנים 2009-2011 עברה ד"ר מעוז סגל התמחות נוספת בתחום האימונולוגיה הקלינית והאלרגיה בבית החולים וולפסון.
החל משנת 2012, ד"ר מעוז סגל עובדת במכון האוטואימוני על שם זבלודוביץ' בבית החולים תל השומר, שם היא משמשת כרופאה בכירה.
בנוסף לעבודתה בבית החולים, ד"ר מעוז סגל גם מקבלת מטופלים מקופות החולים לאומית ומכבי, וכן מטופלים פרטיים הפונים אליה ישירות.
